Oforest Foods Private Limited is committed to delivering your natural and forest-sourced food products safely and promptly. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand delivery timelines, charges, and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India, including but not limited to:

Metro cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across all Indian states
Some remote or rural pin codes may have limited or extended delivery timelines

2.2 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We aim to expand our reach in the future. Please check back for updates or sign up for our newsletter.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹60 for orders below ₹499.
Express Shipping: Available at additional cost depending on location. Rates are displayed at checkout.
Remote Area Surcharge: A small surcharge may apply for deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7-12 business days
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders, including:

BlueDart
Delhivery
Shiprocket-enabled carriers
India Post (for select remote locations)

The carrier for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and order size.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
You can track your order on the carrier's website or through our website.
Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

7. Packaging

We take great care in packaging our food products to ensure they arrive fresh and intact:

All products are packed in food-grade, eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
Fragile or breakable items are provided with additional protective packaging.
We aim to minimize plastic usage in line with our commitment to sustainability.

8. Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery.
After 2-3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
In case of a returned order, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional shipping charge.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In the rare case of a lost shipment, please contact us at support@oforestfoods.com and we will investigate with the courier.
We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed lost or damaged shipments.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

Oforest Foods Private Limited is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions. We will communicate any significant delays to affected customers proactively.
