1. Eligibility for Refunds

2. Non-Refundable Situations

3. Refund Request Window

5. Refund Process

Shopify Payments refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

UPI and wallet refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
6. Replacement Option
In many cases, we may offer a product replacement instead of a refund. Replacements will be dispatched within 3-5 business days upon approval.
7. Return of Products
In some cases, we may request that you return the defective or incorrect product before issuing a refund. In such cases:
