1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, broken, or tampered.

  • The product received is significantly different from the description on our website.

  • The product received is expired or past its best-before date.

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe (subject to investigation).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.

  • Dissatisfaction with taste or flavor (as natural products vary by batch and season).

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or used.

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window has elapsed.

  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance, or with discount codes (unless defective).

3. Refund Request Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be entertained, except in cases of proven product defects under warranty.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shopify Payments refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • UPI and wallet refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Replacement Option

In many cases, we may offer a product replacement instead of a refund. Replacements will be dispatched within 3-5 business days upon approval.

7. Return of Products

In some cases, we may request that you return the defective or incorrect product before issuing a refund. In such cases:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.

  • Refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

8. Order Cancellations

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
